With pizza you can go so many ways, it’s really a versatile dish. This pizza with duck is an upgrade from the regular pizza. It’s not that hard to prepare, but the duck gives the pizza just that little bit extra. The duck pizza with plum sauce is divine, it’s the combination of plum sauce and duck that makes it perfect.
Next to duck and plum sauce, there’s (homemade) pizza dough, green onion and cucumber. The green onion and cucumber give an extra crunch to the pizza. The recipe is from the cookbook ‘1 deeg, 100 pizza’s’ from Rachel Carter.
Besides the duck and plum sauce pizza, there are other pizza’s on the site such as the Oatmealpizza with Grilled Eggplant and Anchovy, Hawaiian Pizza, Greek Pizza and Cheeseburger Stuffed Pizza. If you want a perfect Christmas dessert, check these Ricotta Pancakes with Cherries out.
This pizza is super delicious. I used only 2 green onions, instead of a whole bunch. The recipe asked for 250 grams of plum sauce, I only used 175 grams.
