The salmon with horseradish cream combination provides a good flavor, since the horseradish gives the snack a bit of a kick. The salmon is soft and it serves well on toasted bread. Sprinkle a little parsley on top and the flavor is perfect. The sauce is made by combining cream cheese with horseradish. The recipe is from Boodschappen magazine number 12 from 2015.

Other delicious snacks that are easy to serve on a party are Pancake Rolls with Salmon, Deviled Eggs with Horseradish and Stuffed Scrambled Eggs. Perfect to go with these stars is this Dill Mustard Sauce.

Review

The bread, parsley and smoked salmon didn’t have measurements in the recipe on paper. I used half of the ingredients stated for the horseradish and cream cheese. That was more than enough. I toasted the bread before cutting out the stars.
