With the hot weather we’re experiencing right now, a latte is welcome. And this isn’t just any latte, it’s a blue latte! You can drink this latte warm or cold, whatever suits you best. It’s without coffee, so you can drink it even if you don’t like coffee flavor. Like I do. Making it takes about 5 minutes, so it isn’t a drink where you spend hours for in the kitchen and drink up in 5 minutes.
By adding blue coloring to the rice- and coconut milk you get the blue color, which makes the drink colorful and with the glitters a bit glamorous. The lemon juice, ground ginger and agave syrup give flavor to the milk.

Review
Couldn’t find edible flowers, so served the blue latte without them. We drank it warm and loved it. It’s easy to prepare and like the recipe says doesn’t take much time.
