Feta is a cheese I find very delicious and I love puff pastry. So this Broccoli and Feta Puff Pastry is the perfect dish for everyone that loves feta and/or puff pastry. It’s a perfect side dish or if you make small broccoli feta turnovers from it, you can serve it as a snack. Usually I have more feta than I need for the recipe and I just eat what’s left. I simply love feta cheese.
Feta isn’t the only thing in the puff pastry with broccoli and feta. As the name already points out, there’s also broccoli involved. Next to a healthy vegetable, we’ll also add thyme, egg and garlic. The puff pastry is sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Review
The recipe was not that hard to follow. I made 4 puff pastry packages, instead of small round turnovers. I didn’t use flour to roll out the puff pastry, and I used only 1 egg instead of 2.
