Homemade fries are the best, they require some work, but are delicious. Crinkle Cut Fries are French fries taken a step further. It’s a perfect side dish or a snack when served on its own. Paul ordered a crinkle fries cutter. The first time I made them I cut them crinkly by hand with a regular knife. The second time with the crinkle French fries cutter was much easier.
You don’t need many ingredients to make crinkle fries, you only need potatoes, and oil or deep-frying fat. Maybe salt or seasoning for serving the crinkly fries. How to make crinkle cut fries? Wash the potatoes, dry them. Cut them with the cutter in 1 centimeter pieces. Fry them twice in oil in a pan or in a deep-fryer. The recipe is from the cookbook “Heerlijke Hamburgers” written by Anne Wilson. To serve as a side dish with a hamburger.
