Paul and Yuri pretty much loved every recipe I made this week. Not that they’re complaining that much usually. Yuri said to a friend last week, I never remember the name of the recipe, but it’s always delicious. So here’s week 3 2021.
Week 3 2021
Our weekdays are normally filled with school and work. This week was no different in that. On Monday we had a bean salad with chimi-churridressing, which was delicious.
I made a lot of recipes from the magazine Feest from Uit Pauline’s Keuken this week. A lot of delicious recipes in that magazine. We had grilled corn on the cob with bell pepper butter. Served with rice and a rondo.
So preoccupied with other stuff that it was too late for cooking, so we just had fries and a broodje kroket.
A friend of us always visits us on Thursday evening, and this was the last time for the time being (curfew coming into effect on Saturday). I made us Lasagna in a pan.
We had Flat Iron Steak on a skewer with corn mole. Served with a bit of rice.
Paul made us a boiled egg for breakfast and then visited Vroeg, a restaurant with bakery close to our home. He spent way too much there, since it’s all so delicious and of great quality. We had a sausage roll and oliebollen for lunch. For dinner Paul cooked up a lambburger with avocado and cheese.
For breakfast we made a stack of pancakes. Paul made us hot almondmilk choco with coconut whipped cream. We ordered Chinese for dinner and spent the weekend reading.
Last week I posted one recipe for a veggie burger omelet and week 2 of 2021 in foodphotos.
This week we’re starting with another lambburger. Paul simply loves lambmeat.
