We had several different lasagnas in week 16 of 2021. Lasagna is such a delicious and versatile dish. There was beautiful weather and in the weekend Paul and I drove two auto routes.
Week 16 2021
Out of my cookbook I Love My Slowcooker I prepared Stuffed Peppers for dinner. They completely fell apart and were really delicious.
The first lasagna of the week from the cookbook Lasagne, a lasagna Spinach & Anchovy. It was delicious, spinach and anchovy is a good combination.
We ordered sushi from Mr. Sushi Express. I just love sushi.
Beautiful white blossom on my afternoon walk around the neighborhood. We had lasagna Zucchini & Potato from the cookbook Lasagne. Again a really good combination, a creamy one.
The last lasagna this week was the lasagna Artichoke & Radicchio. Also a really delicious lasagna.
For breakfast we had Dutch Tiramisu with Rice. Paul and I drove another of the Tulip Routes Flevoland. We stopped for cheese at Cheesefarm Bennesse. We got fresh produce and coffee and tea at Fruithal Smits. At Bakery Tureluur they have absolutely delicious croissants, which served as lunch. At last on our route we had coffee and tea at a farm. We had peas, cubed sweet potatoes and a vega snitzel for dinner.
We drove the ANWB Eems-Oldambt route, which was all the way in Groningen in the North of the Netherlands. On our way to the starting point of the route we had an Italian bun at a roadside store at a gasstation. With a egg sunny side-up, pickled onions and sausage slices. Paul tried out coconut cola, but was not impressed. We had super delicious and fresh kibbeling at Vishandel Landman De Remise.
