Mimosa Recipe: Perfect for New Year’s Eve

Here’s a delicious mimosa recipe for you, with just 3 ingredients. It’s a drink meant to be served on New Year’s Eve. But if you want to drink it in October or July or any other moment, go ahead – it will taste delicious all year long. I love trying out different drinks and combinations, some are horrible, others are simply good and refreshing. Luckily this recipe falls in the second category.

You only need 3 ingredients for this drink, so really easy. For the mimosa, you need champagne, orange juice and orange liquor. Since it’s New Year’s Eve, you’ll probably have a bottle of champagne already at your disposal. The recipe comes from the cookbook Alle dagen feest! from the Xenos. Xenos is a store chain that sells food and other stuff for your home. So you can buy the glasses and the orange juice at this store, if there’s one near you.

Review

You can’t go wrong with this simple recipe. I used a nameless orange liquor instead of Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
