After making Bread Pizza, Yuri prepared Mac and Cheese for dinner. Yuri handpicks the recipes he’s going to prepare. Although it’s no trouble getting him to eat his vegetables, he usually chooses recipes with as little vegetables as possible (it seems). He picked out a Mac and Cheese recipe from YouTube. I just can’t find which one anymore. Yuri loves macaroni and cheese, so he considers this a fantastic dish.

For this mac and cheese homemade recipe, you’re going to need elbow pasta, milk, cheddar, baking soda, panko breadcrumbs, grated cheese, butter and seasoning. This is a recipe that doesn’t use an oven for the cheese to melt, it’s all being made on the stovetop. The cheese is added to the pasta while still cooking. The breadcrumbs are roasted and sprinkled on top before serving.
Looking for other pasta recipes, try this Bacon and Kale Pasta or Gnocchi with Pistachios, Chorizo and Pine Nuts. Looking for a side dish with veggies, this Broccoli and Feta Puff Pastry would go well.
Review
Yuri could easily follow the recipe from the video. He only needed a little bit of help from me.
