Today I have a vegetable stir fry with rice recipe for you. It’s easy and perfect to prepare as a weeknight meal. It’s a vegetarian meal, that can be whipped up in about 15 minutes, and 15 to 30 minutes of preparation time (mostly waiting time in which you can simply do something else).

When wondering what can I add to vegetable stir fry? Well, that’s easy. I’ve added a vegetable mix, rice and meatless wok pieces. The vegetable stir fry sauce I used is sweet soy sauce marinate. Boil the rice and marinate the wok pieces in the marinate.
How do you make vegetable stir fry? Well everything goes in a wok. Just not all at once, but in steps. Well, when to add the veggies to the stir fry? Second, in this dish. First add the wok pieces, then the vegetables and finally the cooked rice.
Is veggie stir fry healthy? Yes, there’s not a lot of extra’s added. What you see is what you get.
