Our family simply loves spareribs and we loved this spareribs recipe. If spareribs are on the menu in a restaurant you can be sure that either Paul or Yuri or both will order them. If you or your family is fond of spareribs too, you can be sure this recipe for spareribs will be a hit!
You marinate the spareribs yourself, so the recipe does require some planning. The marinate only requires 5 ingredients; sweet soy sauce, tomato ketchup, ground ginger, tabasco and cane sugar! They need to marinate for 6 hours, than you’ll cook the spareribs in boiling water and at the end you’ll finish them on the barbecue. The recipe is from the Blue Band Basiskookboek.
