Yuri loves mac and cheese and has already prepared several different homemade mac and cheese recipes. He knows how to make homemade macaroni and cheese. He usually chooses a recipe that’s easy to prepare and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients. Yuri makes dinner once a week and chooses himself what he’s going to prepare for us. The homemade mac and cheese bake needs only 8 ingredients, namely elbow pasta, cream cheese, milk, mustard, grated cheese, pepper, salt and cherry tomatoes. How to make this homemade mac and cheese? Well that’s the easy part. Prepare the pasta, mix the sauce, add both to a casserole and bake.

Homemade Mac and Cheese Baked

Allergies: gluten, wheat, dairy, tomato, mustardseeds.
Ingredients
250 grams elbow pasta
150 grams soft cream cheese
300ml milk
1 teaspoon mustard
175 grams grated cheese
8 cherry tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
Instructions
Half the cherry tomatoes. Bring water in a pan to a boil.
Add the elbow pasta to the boiling water and cook for about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain the pasta.
In a bowl whisk the milk, cream cheese, mustard, pepper, salt and half of the grated cheese together.
Pour pasta in a casserole dish. Stir the sauce through the cooked pasta.
Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Place the cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake in a preheated 190°C/375°F oven for 20 minutes.
