Now that 2025 is over, already a couple of months, let’s see which were the most popular blogs in 2025 on the site. Two blogs are the same as in 2024 and 3 blogs the same as in 2023. I’ve also compiled a list of least read blogs. So without further ado here are the best food blogs of 2025.
Most Popular Blogs 2025
After two years there’s a new number one, and that is Traditional Dutch Food: Frikandel. Published in July 2022. After having the third place in 2023 and 2024, it moved up to the first place in 2025. It’s a blog all about this Dutch snack. The second and third most popular blogs in 2025 are also part of the traditional Dutch food series. Started in 2021, it remains popular 4 years later.
New on the most popular blog list is the number two this year, namely Traditional Dutch Food: Friet or Patat or Fries. I published it in September 2022. It’s great seeing this one being among the well-read in 2025. The blog is about this Dutch food item.
The third place is also new on the on the list, namely Traditional Dutch Food: Muisjes. It was published in August 2022. It’s a blog all about this popular Dutch food to serve at a visit to a new baby.
Fourth is Creamy Gnocchi Recipe with Dolcelatte, Figs and Hazelnuts, it left the top 5 in 2024, after being in it in 2023. This blog post, published in September 2021, is a recipe to prepare this delicious comfort food.
The number one in 2024 and 2023 is on the fifth place in 2025. It’s Pasteurized Eggs vs Unpasteurized. What’s the Difference? An explanation blog post published in May 2022.
Most Popular Blogs Published in 2025
This will be a short paragraph, since I didn’t publish any new blog posts in 2025. All that will change in 2026.
Least Visited Blogs 2025
Which blogs attracted the least visitors last year? The least 5 visited are all part of the weekly series of food photos. All 5 of them are new in this list. The first one is from February 2021, namely Week 5 2021 in Food Photos. Number 2 till 4 were all published in September 2022, and are: Week 4 2022, Week 35 2022 and Week 2 2022.
On fifth place is Week 1 2023, which I published in January 2023.
